  1. .... that should the BlingMobile ever decide it's tired and would like to
    lie down, I'd let it.

And tonight, in the office car park, it did. Fucker rolled off its
sidestand while I was loading it.

Bit of a non-event, really. It settled down on the engine bar and the
pannier frame. I just wandered round, grabbed the handlebars and pillion
    handle and heeeeeeeeeeaved.

And up she came, sweet as a nut. Not too bad for a 400Kg bike.

It didn't even do any noticeable damage. What a great design.

    No truss necessary.

  4. Wotcha.
The 'Wing 1100 Aspencade that I owned a few years back would do the same. .
.. apart from the time when it was rear ended by a blind Capri driver, who
then said "It's only a motor bike" after sending both me and the bike on an
involuntary flying lesson . . . I was so angry, I picked the 'Wing up one
    handed.

They were doing that to me, but I emailed whichever freeloading tosspot
set it up and he did the only good thing he's done so far and stopped
the emails. I've not heard anymore from them since - I'm still waiting
to hear that they've dissappeared up their own arses.
