  2. Looks typical condition for something that's stood for ages.

If I was ever going to buy a "before my time" Jap bike, it'd be one of
    these.

Trust me: after you've had a spin on mine, you'll be scouring Fleabay
    yourself.

I thought so, yes. There's a grand's worth of parts there if I decide
    to break it.
To be fair, if it's a real minter, that's about what they go for
    privately.

More like a munter than a minter. Not original exhausts, seat, mudguards
and the clocks don't look right either. Might get a pic or three of it next
time I'm passing. I'd guess a lot of it's been replaced for pattern or
after-market parts, so to my way of thinking whilst it may run well etc it
isn't worth a lot. I'd prefer original slightly soiled than clean
after-market. 'Specially on something like this.

  7. I've already got a list of "must haves"[1], along with a lot of "like to
own for a bit"[2], but I need to move house and get a bigger garage
    before all that[3]

    [1] RGV, 916
    [2] TDR, B12, and I'll add 400/4
[3] Next year, or I'll be moving into my mates garage

  15. you said "monotreme" there in a tone which made it sound like "****".

    wings?
