I think it was a Honda MTV 650. It had a roof and wind-screen wipers. I
    think he works for Bonds.

It must be ok in the rain, good for long runs on motorway, but I wouldnt
like to be on it in the wind.

I`ve seen other bikes with roofs, but never seen one on the read(execept
that MTV 650 and BMW C1).

U all ride safely, now ;-)

I think I've actually seen this bike in Holborn.. it's incredibly ugly and
looks very home made, but I presume it works.

It's those custom kitchen deliveries which are a real PITA though.

Can you imagine having to deliver a custom kitchen on a motorcycle?

Normal cameras still work don't they? Or have they been banned now due to
unfair competition with the phone companies?

I've seen this nutter a few times. He keeps making "improvments - the
fairing was all flat panels to start with, but he changed that for
something a bit more streamlined. Last time I saw him, he'd got a
car heater unit suspended off the pannier rails and neat brass
plumbing piping hot air up to his ikkle handies.....

    hehehe.

Reminds me of my old flatmate Denise's assertion that it was "cheques
for free", cos they had so much money they didn't have to pay bank
    charges.

    Silly cow.

I think he should copyright that idea and try to market it. I think it would
be cool for bikes like: Honda GoldWings and BMW 1200 LT. He can become the
next Henry Ford(of the motorcycle world).
