The Triumph doesn't like my Daytona boots and changes gear on its own.
It can be a bit disconcerting when you shift over a little entering a
wet greasy roundabout at low revs/speed and you go from 2nd to 3rd
    without wanting to.

Heh. Those ones have special holes for the machine-gun jubblies.

There's something funny with the daytona gearchange / footpegs in its factory
position. Funny as in "causing common peroneal nerve neuropraxia". I had 3
months of walking like Pingu as a result.

    simonk says...
Both my feet are always on the outside of the footrests because the high
level can's linkpipe forces my right foot outwards. Aside from that I
find the riding position really comfy, but I'm not a lanky freak like
    you.
