    That's a big 10-4, good buddy.

I do hope you're not going to keep asking how to load it...

Congrats. Can you now go straight into looking for a job
or is there more stuff to do before you're allowed out
    'for real'?

Cheers. I've been getting in early with breakfast rolls almost every day
for the last week, too ;o)

how much did it cost you, all in?

I've a vague notion to start getting as many categories on my licence
as possible - I've already got "track laying equipment" and "road
    roller"...

Well, without a forklift licence, I doubt I'll be doing a lot ;o)

Yep. Just as soon as the BOSM is over. I need to earn a bit as I'm into
    the getting skint territory.
It's as real as it's gonna get, Boyo.

I've still got to get my "agricultural machinery" and "tracked
    vehicles" ;o)

    Just over twelve hundred quid.

actually, when I did my car test in N.I. (1984[1]), you just ticked a
bunch of boxes to indicate what sort of things you'd like to drive
other than a car, that wasn't specifically included in the LGV,HGV or
PSV categories, and when you passed in a car, you automatically were
entitled to drive the rest. I ticked everything.

Of course, DVLA in England is a little different, but my current
licence specifically lists a list of arcane vehicle types I can drive.
I'll almost certainly renew my N.I. licence when it expires rather than
convert to a mainland UK one, though mainly for the reason they can't
add points to it for offences committed on the mainland.

Oh, I've got "tracked vehicles", and "steam powered vehicles" too,
    IIRC.
that's a little on the high side to fulfil a bit of a whim, but not
    /totally/ out of the question.

    Well done, anyway[1]

[1] <fx: thinks - if a mong like WC can do it, should be a piece of
    piss>

"Steam powered vehicles"? You bastard. I'd like one of those.
It did actually cost more but that's because I did an extra day with
another school before I started with the lot I just passed with.
    You're all heart. Really.

I'm going to be spending a lot of time looking at that sort of site et
al for a few weeks at least :)
That looks like the "despatcher of the year" type thing I was runner up
in a couple of years back. All I got was the offer of a poncy dinner
with a load of lords. I declined ;)

Sadly, though, I am an old git and don't qualify for the above, I'll be
    36 next month.
