Name a made-up word that rhymes with ORANGE. BORANGE[1st] *chuckle*
I'd hope you of all people know the context. Just made me chuckle that that came out top. -- ogden sv650sk5 (chick wheels) cg125 (dead wheels) zx7r (hasn't even got wheels) buy tat here: http://search.ebay.co.uk/_W0QQsassZdr.daifQQhtZ-1
Its an odd coincidence that of the relatively few short words that have no true rhymes, two are true colours and a third can also be defined in some contexts as a colour: purple, orange and silver.
hirple? OK, so it's of jock origin but it is in the OED. Little Dicky Dilver Had a wife of silver; He took a stick and broke her back And sold her to the miller; The miller wouldn't have her So he threw her in the river. Hmm...guess you are right about orange and silver rowdy
Does for me, but I'm a Northerner too. Ideally you want a rhyme on both syllables. The only one I am aware of is the name of a hill in SE Wales - Blorenge (pronounced to rhyme exactly with Orange). -- Rich ============================== 2001 Disco II ES auto 1971 S2a 88" petrol 2005 XT660R Take out the obvious to email me.
