  8. Quite possibly. I will say (in their defence) that my DSL line has
    99.999% uptime.

    The only reason why I don't move is because of my complicated domain
    setup where Demon have split a domain between two of their customers
    (myself and one of my friends) and won't release it to me despite the
    fact that I own it..

    But a) their helpdesk people don't appear to know that and b) don't
    seem interested in finding out.

    I see an argument looming in the near future..
