If you deny riding at the time it was flashed

    Do they have to prove it was you that was on the controls of that
    vehicle?

    No. The registered keeper gets the points and fine unless
    he gets someone else to admit to the offence.

    But I thought you did the flashing while other people were riding.

    You have to prove your innocence

    If you tell us where it was and when, we'll all sign statements saying
    you couldn't possibly have been there at the time
