I'm a bit thick really

  1. Amazing what you forget from school days or have never learnt.

I've done all of the tests included in the list - the only ones where I
did very well were English and Maths while my knowledge of the rest was
middling at best. Although I didn't study Physics or Geography I scraped
about 50% from lucky guesswork. It would seem my knowledge of French and
History - and I did study those - has declined further than I had
    imagined.

    History 10/12

Geography 9/14 (although too many meteorlogical symbols to be a
    balanced test)

French 7/12 (with lots of guessing as the sound clips are crap)

Physics 7/10 (not proud of that)

English 16/20 (even less prud of that)

    Maths 19/20 (I misread Q3)

Well, the physics one was crap and easily guessable and not much to do
with physics (e.g. wiring a 3 pin plug)

I was most surprised by a lower than expected score in Physics and a
higher than expected one in Maths. I was crap at maths in school and
not much better in Physics but enjoyed it more.

History I'm reasonably pleased with given that I stopped studying it
aged 12 and French I gave up at 13. Geography, I am supposed to have on
    O-level in...Erk.

I thought my appalling Maths would let me down in the Physics test, but
somehow did better than I thought. Very suprised at my History result
too. I was never that good at school.

I have never played French monopoly and spelt a word wrong (perdu)

I liked this bit though: CORRECT! It's been involved in a crime - but
this is just an example. We're not saying anything about French young
    people.

    Physics 9/10
    English 15/20

Middling to middling well across the board with the notable exception of
English[1] where I scored 15 and it should have been 17 but I
accidentally knew the answers but clicked on the wrong ones. So the
test, like all of them, is fucking crap

[1] and sums of course but then I always score exceptional at sums in
tests so that is no big deal really.

Shouldn't it be in home economics?

What has wiring a plug got to do with physics?!

Christ only knows, I just know I have to teach it to GCSE kids and it's one
of the few physics lessons they enjoy!

And every year some idiot plugs one of them in with the bare wires showing
(Have to turn the labs electricity supply off prior to the lesson).
