I need to clean the fucker - I'd stupidly moved it round the side of
the house as I was tidying my back patio, to just under the TV
antenna, where birds sit, and it's now covered in shit. I'll get some
    to you by tomorrow.

Send me your email address - mine's unmunged here, but to be sure:

Saw that already, i'm wondering if the yellow is hiding furred fastners, but
    it does look very clean.

  12. If nothing else it means he has been over every inch of it with a small
    soft brush,.

  15. Yerarse, it's only on a few things. It's called highlighting, darling.
Quite where the vendor's sense of taste is, I don't know, though.

    And doesn't an R1 have a 6 speed box?

Probably wants something to match the spring on the rear shocker. Anyway, 10
minutes with a little brush and a tin of black Smoothrite would see all that
    yellow disappear.

What - end two perfectly good sentences with a question mark?

But yes, it is a bit gash. He's seen the yellow spring and "taken it
as inspiration", as they say. Pity he's used scrapyard yellow, eh?

  19. Not hard. You can buy kits on the net of every fairing bolt for not
much dosh. You can even get them in anodized colours if that floats
your boat. Probably less than an hours work to change them. Less with a
power drill with a hex bit. If you want the full wanky option you can
    get them in Ti.

  20. Those R1s are notorious for munching second gear.
