Jeeeesus matey! That is truly grim news. 3months! Fucking *ouch*!
A bloke who works for me fell through his own ceiling back in October won't
be back until april at the earliest and that was 'only' a femur.
Dr John says.....take lots of drugs. Ale too.
    GWS.

  2. Wotcha.

The evening of Halloween - one car driver not looking before turning right -
point of impact, my left knee. Nine hours of surgery - one rebuilt pelvis -
one rather fetching skin graft, and 60 plus days lying on my back looking at
the ceiling. I'm now back home, complete with Zimmer frames and crutches .
    .. . . . . . and that, dear people, is why I ain't been posting on here for
    the last three months.

The inventor of the "crash diet".
Simple. You crash - then you lose weight. I'm almost four stone lighter
now - would have been a tad more if the leg had to come off ;-)
I've done enough laying about for now.

Only four stone in 60 days? Amateur. I lost a stone in just a week after
    my last off.

I would have lost more but you'd be surprised how many calories you can
    digest from rectally-ingested semen.

You should have said! I'd have chipped a quid or two into the "Ogden
    Soap-on-a-Rope" fund.

Commiz - I know the feeling. More than two months in traction while the
    rest slowly mended too.

Let out after three months, the first thing I did was to go and buy
another Stadium Project 4 - its predecessor very definitely saved my life.

Faack. At least you don't seem to be looking at amputation, as your
namesake of some years ago was.

    GWS, you clumsy ****.

Give me a break, this Lone Wolf. It probably wasn't salvageable when he
    set off.

If I remember correctly wolf of some years ago eventually had the leg
amputated after at least 2 years of lots of pain and failed surgery.
Should go without saying but mend well.
