Typically uninformed, trendy gobshite. Israel's actions occasionally go awry, but unlike the 'Palestinians', they _never_ target innocent civilians. Look, do you _have_ to make this so easy? Please tell me that you're not this stupid. You fucking believe that Israel _deliberately_ kills non-combatant 'Palestinians' ?? "Israel i or betoh' goyim" Nothing so complicated. It's just anti-Semitism. D. -- des French Biking Vocabulary: http://minilien.fr/a0kg0p 'Kaiser: "Can you prove to me the existence of G-d?" Bismarck: "The Jews, your Majesty. The Jews"'
I am sure that's a comfort to the British journalist that the Israeli army deliberately shot and killed.
James Miller, I suppose. The wiki article on him is interesting (standard disclaimers apply). He was in the Gaza strip, at night, when Tsahal soldiers were apparently under fire. The soldier responsible has been disciplined. It's interesting that such a furore surrounds this case, whilst no one seems to give a **** (least of all the arabist _Guardian_) about the people slaughtered by the Arabs. Oh wait, that's right: they're 'only Jews'. Silly me for forgetting that. Anyway, my point still stands: there's no proof that this was a deliberate targeting of an innocent civilian (please don't make me laugh by citing the British 'inquest' .. inquests in the UK have as much to do with 'justice' (_cf_ Death on the Rock, Charles de Menezes etc.) as the PLO has with 'peace'). No. When both the kids were about 5/6 ish and started sniggering at 'rude' words I sat them down and went through every swear word I could think of. The word, it's meaning, origin and why it might offend. They sat open mouthed in amazement as I delivered an A-Z 101 of foul language. As a result, my kids vary rarely swear.
