Has anyone got any experience of importing a used bike from Guernsey?
I'm told its a question of paying VAT on the price stated on the receipt and
then going to the local DVLA to register it along with the customs vat
    receipt.
Is that all there is to it?

    Cheers

  5. I imported a car from Germany once. Went along to the C&E office and
they could not have been more helpful.
