We're planning a blast to Hartside - probably the wrong direction for
you.

 

Where are you? I'm in Gods country (Yorkshire) and after reading Colin's
post, Hartside sounds appealing... do yer fancy a run up there?

 

Yes, doing some backroads and ending up at the top of White Horse Hill
Uffington for 1ish. Followed by a pub lunch.
Unfortunately I'll be in the "mini", but if anyone fancys a pint, waffle, &

When might you be likely to be there? If it's nice enough, I could
tape the GP and go out and play instead, and Hartside is on my turf...

Good question. We'll probably just ride there and, after brekkers,
back - Weardale I guess. I've emailed you our phone number if you want
to give me a ring, then we can let Darren know.

 

Just spoken to Monz, we're aiming to meet at Hartside café (wahay) at
noon. He's coming via Devil's Bridge, we're coming up through
Weardale, so if you come through Knarsdale we just need someone from
Hexham to have all the roads covered! I'll ring Eddie.

I'm also on "airport taxi" duty at lunchtime, so I wouldn't have been
able to make it even if I hadn't been at work. Shame, 'cos I haven't
been out for a ride (other than commuting, etc.) for ages.

Aye, I was going to organise something in Newcastle, but it's been a bit
busy recently. I'll see if I can sort something out.

 

I got a better job, where they pay me reasonably well in the first
place, but they also pay me overtime if they want me to work extra hours.

And I wanted the money.
