Insuring a bike after a 6 month driving ban (for totting up roo many points)?

    Anyone tell me a company that will insure my bike for a reasonable
    price, when I've had a recently-completed six month ban (TT99 -
    totting up points for breaking the speed limit in cars)? I'm an older
    bloke, age 55.

    If you're an ex-banned driver looking for cheap insurance it seems a
    reasonable place to start.
