Tecumseh emerged from their own little world to say
    Hello

You don't need permission to post here.

Whether you can tolerate the replies is another matter.

Seems like you have been lurking but read the FAQ anyway

  5. It was somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
drugs began to take hold. I remember "Tecumseh"
We'll put up with anybody. Being Canadian is no handicap, we already
    tolerate a couple of them.

    <thinks>

    You're not Welsh/Canadian, are you?

    gearbox though.

    it's not a site, it's a fucking newsgroup.
So you think that anyone in the UK will care that you're
a guiness-guzzling git? Sheesh, what stereotype book are you
    working from?
Fucking canucks, always so bloody polite. "have a nice day" this,
    "take care" that.
Not pretentious at all, are we?
    Not a bad bike though.

    cheers,
    Marc

    Hey all,
Looks like a good group here with more posts than the rec.motorcycles site.
    Anyways,
Gonna throw back a wee pint of Guiness and read your posts.
    Cheers and
    Take Care

Tecumseh was a Shawnee warrior who tried in earnest to rid the USA of
settlers. He wound up helping the British in the War of 1812 to secure
Canada. He along with General Brock pretty well founded Canada in that they
    fought off the Yanks.
The American "White House" actually got the name because of a bunch of
drunken Canadians that went down there and burned the damn thing. They
painted it white to cover up the charcoal marks.....LOL
    ..
    BTW,
No offence meant to any Yanks on the site ;-)
    Later
    Thanks for the welcome all.

Tecumseh also make extremely reliable air conditioning compressors and
    condensate removal pumps.

It's also an anagram of cumsheet - so I shall be calling Tecumseh the
