Is there a Lemon Law on motorcycles purchased in CA?

    Seems to be a lot of confusion on this in Googling the subject, some Yes and
    some No.

    Anyone know of this subject personally?

    I don't know of this /personally/ but, try going to the source:

    <http://ag.ca.gov/consumers/general/lemon.php>

    In the state's own write-up, they don't make a distinction between car &
    bike. Only "vehicle" and "motor vehicle." To make doubly sure, scan
    the text of the actual law. That's nearby this site.
