Louie, you can rest easy now...that windscreen came in! I've got it
installed. After a few modifications, it fit like a glove. I just had
to rotate the spark plugs and let some air out of the tires to get it
to fit, but if I can convert this bike from belt drive to chain, I
figured this would be a snap!

And I was correct, it measured almost exactly 2" taller...

I'd love to ride tomorrow. I've got several servers that need to go
out this week before I leave and I have to be in the office. You're
welcome to drop by and lend a hand though!

I took off last half of yesterday to get some work done on my Jeep and
took off last half of today to have work done on my car and install
the windscreen. I don't think they'd be too happy me taking tomorrow
    off to ride.

I am going to see if they can do my 600 mile oil change tommorow
sometimes. I also have to install all that chrome on the bike
sometimes. It may be to damn cold to do either one.

That's what I'll say: "It's too damned cold to get those servers out
    this week...I'll go riding instead".

I did wear my Leather Uniform..but wore the wrong dern gloves.

Didnt realize it till I got about 5 miles from the Farm, that I had my
dang Golf ones on, and buddy, my fangers got chilled.

Well, I believe I might just get more than 2" out of it when I put the
    air back in the tires!

As to the spark plugs, I think I might've screwed something up and got
them out of order. I heard something about "firing order" with the
spark plugs...and when I pulled them out they didn't say which fired
first...and they all looked to be the same size!

I ain't never heard of rotating the spark plugs, but that's what the
guy at the windshield place said to do when I called him and said this
thing didn't fit. I guess anything is possible. If you have to
disconnect the battery from my Shadow to change the air filter, I
guess rotating spark plugs isn't that bad...
