Just tried some Autoglym Insect Remover and it really did a good job.

Even the stains that were on there from last year have now gone! All
that's left of the stone chips from following Champ :)

    Top marks for Autoglym.

Indeed. I brought some of that from Crossan Motorcycles the other
week. I only got it to bump my order over £40 for the free delivery
so I effectively got it for free IYSWIM.

Anyway, I tried it on the bike last weekend and was utterly amazed
how it worked, especially on the footrests etc. Many bits now look
like the bike has just come out of the showroom. Of course there are
also many other places that don't, as no amount of cleaning can
overcome Suzuki's shite paint finish. Probably the only thing I miss
    about Honda.

Whatever happened to the cunning plan to get a K5? Unless of course
Sir is now waiting for the K7.)

I think Champ keeps trying to lure him over to the unstable side.

The cunning plan was shot down; so I went and got a better job, and
told Fraser to put a K7 in warmers for me.

Come to the Isle of Man he says. Just for a bit of fun, he says.

I'm now going for 2 weeks sans la famille !! :)

For one scary moment, they were all coming - camping - FFS!

  6. I have to add one in here.

I started using this stuff a couple of years ago, and it is excellent.

Absolutely spiffing at clearing screens [1] that are measurably thick with
the insect population of 500miles of autobahn/autoroute.

In the uk their stuff is distributed by :
    http://www.seriousperformance.co.uk/
    and
    http://www.motorgeek.co.uk/
