Just opposite the old Swiss Centre IIRC. There was at least one other on
    Oxford Street, I'm sure.

I'm not convinced. Donkey sausage is not uncommon, of course, but it's
    usually clearly labelled as such.

    <Goes to fridge>

Well this Casino own-brand one is 100% genuine pig, at least.
    Bit stringy, though, no?

TBH I'm pretty sure all the one's I bought have been labelled pur porc
We were eating the camel equivalent of veal AIUI. Used to buy it in Abu
Dhabi. So no, not stringy at all.

  13. Which is my point. Some years ago, with Niall in France, we were
munching on chorizo bought from a supermarket, and he asked: "What 's
    'ane'?"

    "Donkey"

He blinked. "It's on the list of ingredients."

And it was. Along with 'cheval'.

But the excuse still stands. I've been to several where they installed
"Pay at pump", used them for a few weeks then they mysteriously become
disabled (when they realise that their sales of Mars Bars have
    plummeted).

It's about halfway between beef and bison and has a great flavour. One
of the best barbecues I've ever done involved four horse fillet steaks
on a grill in Sardinia. Absolutely gorgeous. Hence why I smuggled a
    shitload back.

Every time I go to Nyon I drag people along to one of the restaurants
down by the lake, all of which seem to have horse on the menu. Last time
I went I had twelve people all munching the stuff.

Mac Donalds are ok if you're hungry and want a quick snack and a drink
but if you're into healthy eating or want to be part of some kind of
clique (M$, MuckDonalds etc) they probably leave a bit to be desired

Plans are being hatched to visit one quite a long way from home but
I'll tell you about that when we do beers at the end of the month.

I went about five years without a single visit to mcdoos and then I
watched Super Size Me. By the end of the film I was absolutely fucking
gagging for a nugget meal and I've been off the wagon ever since.

Morgan Spurlock, you are a failure as a filmmaker.

    Bagsy the 10R, btw.
