Hauled it out from the back of the garage for the first time in 4 years
    this afternoon.

Front brake was seized, but that was sorted in around 20 mins.

Checked the tank - no fuel, must have all evaporated off.

    Refilled tank - wouldn't start.

Pulled carb, cleaned with brake / clutch cleaner - still wouldn't start.

Then I stripped everything back, pulled the tank, shook it around and
    replaced the fuel hose.

Life! - it doesn't idle at the moment, but the airbox is still off -
we'll see what it does with that back on.

Insurance sorted - just need to book an MOT and it'll be back on the
    road.

Just got to source a can or NATO satin green paint now. And possibly a
round headlamp / brackets to replace the crappy Chinese nosecose.
