Because I've got a nice shiny titanium can and link pipe to fit along
with a rather nice looking steering damper.

More noise, allegedly more horsepower and improved handling should
    make the test ride fun.

Should have bought the Gixer K5, you wouldn't need all that malarky

It doesn't need it but I want it. There's a major difference.

Sort of. You can never have too much power (no matter what anyone else
may claim) and the front end does shake a bit if you really nail it on
a crap road surface so both things are improvements to a point.

Of course the facts that the bike's making more power than anything
else I've ridden (I've not ridden a K5) and the front only misbehaves
under extreme provocation make the modifications something of a luxury
but I've banged in a lot of hours at work over the last few weeks so I
may as well spend some of the cash on toys.

I've got **** all else to waste my money on, and I always wanted a fully
sorted sports bike. Shame mine bike's now relegated to the lardy sports
    tourer league.

There's only one way to find out. And frankly Champion, you're the man
    for the mission.

Good luck, old chap. Make sure there are witnesses, just in case you're
not in a position to type, as it were.

Oh, and I'll have the Turbo. Thanks. Leave the keys somewhere prominent,
    would you?

Have you ever ridden your Gixer without a damper. Mine was downright
fucking scary when I tried it without.

I'm nor daring you dear boy.

    I'm merely asking for volunteers.

Some of you are going to die, but it's a sacrifice I'm willing to make.

Don't do it, mine flapped about and wobbled like an absolute bastard and
that's at my moderate level of riding, let alone your faster pace.

What the **** are you rattling on about? He rode my bike without a
damper and that's exactly what made him buy a 10R.
