Something strange happened to me yesterday, egg related.

I had a hard boiled egg in the fridge. Took it out, tapped the end on
the table and microwaved it on high for 30 seconds.
Laid it on the chopping block and cut it in two with a cleaver. Or
    rather I didn't. I guess I hadn't weakened it sufficiently before
heating and this thing went off like a hand grenade. There wasn't a bit
of it left bigger than a 5p. Every facing surface in the kitchen was
covered, up to 2 metres away. My suit trousers and clean shirt had to go
in the laundry bag. There was quite a loud bang as it disintegrated.

Eggwina was right, feckin' dangerous beasts.

Good Lord. We should be warned! In fact every egg should have a
    warning label.

  11. You are lucky it didn't go bang in the microwave.. when I tried it
(with an egg that wasn't quite cooked properly and had the top cut off
already) it exploded in the migrowave and we spent an hour cleaning it
    out.
    Yep. Ours did that too.
    Indeed.

I object to people disrupting the legal activities of legitimately
elected representatives through violence and intimidation.

    <to UAF, etc.>

Don't want the fascists to get voted in?

Make your case a little more clearly. Or at all.

They didn't get voted in because they are any good, but because the
view of those voters is that the mainstream parties are shite.

Don't just fucking whine and throw eggs when you don't get your way.

I watched Newsnight yesterday. Paxo had a discussion with two anti-BNP
people with differing approaches. One was Simon Hughes, who expressed
similar views to your i.e. let the BNP stand but mobilise voters to ensure
    they don't get elected.

the other chap, who was earlier in the day throwing eggs at the BNP,
frothed at the mouth and used the word fascist about 20 times. He was less
than coherent, trotting out the phrases you hear chanted by students
incapable of independent thought. IMV, his version of democracy is just as
odious as the people he wishes to suppress.

    Hear bloody Hear.

I feel that it's the protestors looking unpleasant in this little
episode. The way to make it plain just how despicable the BNP are is to
    engage them in debate.

Or indeed to educate them and change their minds a little?

Although I'm in favour of closing all Mosques in the UK and watching
those who can't live without them leave the country.

Followed by the Catholic Churches and eventually all the other Sky Fairy
    Fantasy establishments.

People can have their delusions. It is only right and proper and free.
Organised religious organisations though? no **** off.

He needed a truncheon up the ass sans vaseline I thought.
I was sorry Paxo missed the irony and failed to call him a jumped up
    little Totalitarian wanker.

Nick Griffin of the BNP is outraged at being covered in egg yolks.
    Apparently he only accepts whites.
