It's not dead, it's taking a little nap

Well, that's not exactly what I was thinking as I surveyed the Bindit
laying in lane 2A of the M25 this morning.

Some **** in a Jeep Cherokee decided it wasn't my turn to filter past
him in Lane 2A, so he deliberately swerved across me from lane 3. I hit
his n/side rear wing and dropped the bike at about 15-20mph. Somehow I
rolled away and avoided getting clouted by other traffic, and ended up
looking up at the fuel tank of a stationary artic unit in lane 1. That
was the scariest part of the whole incident, glad it was stopped at the
    time.

The driver of said artic jumped down to help me drag the Bandit to the
side of the road, where a nice bloke on a Kawasaki 1000GTR saw me a few
minutes later. He stopped and helped me tie my left mirror back on using
the draw-string from a chef's apron he had in his pannier. Cheers matey,
    it was appreciated.

Anyway, damage to me = zero. Damage to the bike = one scraped and
flopping mirror (now fixed) and some fresh scrapes. Damage to the Jeep =
a big dent and some scratches in his rear wing, but as the **** didn't
    stop I don't give a flying ****.

As they say; any crash you can ride away from is a good crash.

By the way: As I was at work, I was kitted from head to foot in company
supplied kit[1]. There's not a mark on it anywhere.

[1] Nitro N800-V helmet, Nitro N85 jacket, Nitro NP30 trousers, Nitro
NG50 gloves, Swift Torsion X boots, M+S undies and Tesco socks.

I wouldn't want them looking at the way I was riding prior to this
incident tbh. However, at the point of impact I was riding quie safely.

What an utter ****. Was the said car lane 3 moving or stationary?
Shame lorry driver didn't get the number, attempted murder or GBH that
    is.

I won't ask Police to look at CCTV as the'll spot my inimitable style of
filtering prior to the impact if they do.
It was deliberate, most definitely. He moved across sharply to block me
and I hit him with some force. There's no way he could have mistaken 500
pounds of Bindit and rider hitting his car as anything else but an
impact. The sound alone would have told him that something had happened.

Everyone was too busy looking at me falling off and rolling across 2
lanes of traffic to look at the Jeep. As soon as I hit it the traffic
just cleared and he simply fucked off. Most cars just drove on by after
asking after me through opened windows, and only one actually stopped to
ask if I was ok and if I needed medical help.

When it comes to safety, you can never have enough information. You, of
    all people, should know this.

Well consolation, that's probably £500 damage to his vehicle, double
that if you scored 2 panels

Tesco socks rock, mate. It's all in the polyester weave, dontcha
know. The Teflon in the M+S undies comes in very useful for other
    reasons.
