Mobile just = too pikey to heat everywhere to the same level, which
    more or less = gypsies.

Nothing like that was offered. In the end I stuck with shell, SWUTBO
    is still stuck with them.
Be cheaper to switch to oil.

No, that's the problem there's no real competition. I had no choice
the house came with LPG, given the choice I'd have had oil and maybe
LPG bottles for cooking or just gone all electric there.

I can't afford to heat the whole of Bolton all year round, but we need to
have heat outside plenty of times. Bottled gas is far more convenient than
having a gas pipe and burner in the yard and we can always use it for our
    weed burners too.

I'm in the process of reshelving the library [1] and hopefully getting
rid of some books. 'I of I' are in the 'maybe' pile. They're generally
crap, the misogyny and violence towards women in them are sickening,
but annoyingly they've got enough redeeming features to not
immediately head off to the charity shop. Maybe I should reread the
lot then get rid. Only I can't find the first one, it's probably still
in one of the piles under the bed.

[1] Most of the ordinary novels are now on 2 bookcases, [2] the
sci-fi and fantasy on 1 bookcase. I can't decide whether to be really
    anal and shelve them alphabetically.

[2] The 2 bookcases downstairs full of stuff waiting to go upstairs
    are being ignored for now.

  12. A lot more people -men especially- die shagging. I've known a couple who
popped their clogs on the job. One of the women involved never lost a
haunted look. Mind you, she was up for anything after that.

To be quite clear, the two who didn't come back were a heterosexual
couple, and they did die because they fell off a mountain.

I never knew old people round your area can't afford heating.

Give me an address and I'll send some powdered firelighter.
