Sure. I work in Slough, so Windsor's very easy for me. I don't have a
lot of free mid-week time at the moment (next few weeks, certainly) but
sometime next month might be doable.

    Nah, 2001 ish.

There were hundreds of brave kids went across the channel on mopeds to
rescue some British bikers trapped in a French petrol station.

TOG appearing in the press room pissed, or at least well on the way, at
the Bol. Can't remember if it was the 97 or 99 one.

Well he ain't dead or in a wheelchair. Not uncommon results from shoving
    motorbikes into other vehicles.

  13. I dunno - plenty of small towns got riddled, but Dieppe got a pasting
    during the Raid.

This place is owned by one of my customers:
    http://www.gilbeygroup.com/eton/index.htm

Haven't eaten there, but looked very cosy when I last visited, and I
need to big it up so that he can afford the new air con system I have
    put forward.

Oh, and the owner rides a Triumph of some discription too.

Dan L () gurgled happily, sounding much like they were
    saying :
I've eaten at the one in Old Amersham (not lately, but I don't think it's
changed much), and it's excellent. Best bit is the wine list - because they
own a merchant and a vineyard, the wine in the restaurant is damn near
merchant price - and superb. The staff are damn good at recommending
what'll go well with the food, too.
