    Quite.

Cane was saying at the weekend that he had no idea who the bloke he was
    sharing a room with was.

"He's a bit fat with grey hair" didn't narrow it down much.

some people just don't seem to age.
Ann, Ms Tog, could put on her daughter's school uniform and look good in
    it.....

Would you guess that Irene is ages with me?
Some people just don't show it. She looks about 35,

  15. Using the patented Mavis Beacon "Hunt&Peck" Technique, Pip
    <waves with right hand>

Broken wrist, now pinned, and plastered. Toes currently non-functional
on left foot, due to a slightly fucked nerve, apparently. This is
expected to heal, by all accounts, albeit slowly.

Which is A Good Thing, 'cos it'll ****-up gear-changes something
chronic, and make differential braking in the bally old kite potentially
    problematic.

Many thanks from me & Mrs WUN for all the messages, they're appreciated.
Ah, apparently it is. I have no memory between the M25 slip road, and
    the A&E Dept at Barnet.

  16. So come on, fess up how did it happen?
They didn't keep you in for your own good then?
Hope that function returns but it stays numb. Trust me on this.
When will they let you fly again?
So we could tell you anything then...

Nerve damage does take a long time - the damaged nerve in my left arm
mostly recovered within a year but it's still not fully healed.
Be careful, but you'll get used to it (seriously).
Oops. But at least you're still in one piece and well enough again to
post on UKRM. I'd say that counts for something.
