  1. Dunno, I woulda thought that'd be more likely to be up Patrick
    Fitzmichael and Michael Fitzpatrick's alley.

Totally off topic but never mind.....
    Talking of gibbons.......
I am having trouble convincing someone that Graeme Garden has not passed
    away.
He is with still with us, isn't he? All on-line evidence would seem to imply
he is alive and well, but this guy is insistent.
Mind you, his surname is Lawson..... and isn't that an Irish name?
Back on topic. Thank you for listening.

I'm quite sure that you are correct but why not turn it back on him; it's
much easier to prove someone's dead than prove they are alive so tell him
to come up with a death-date.

I like your thinking. I e-mail Graeme Garden asking him to confirm whether
    he's dead........

  11. When was he supposed to have curled up his tootsies?

i just found that he was writing for a show called "Absolute Power" in 2002,
not that long ago. Born in '43, he's not that old

You are wise to be cautious, Abacus.
No-one wants to fall prey to a fly-by-nighter peddling dead-Goodies to
    unsuspecting consumers!

  17. Dunno what you did wrong Clem, but my R1100R just went tonight and the
auction still had 3 days to go. Now for the sidecar.
