"Target Audience: Black and minority ethnic people, Carers,
Councillors / MPs / MEPs, Gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered
people, General public, Gypsies / travelers, Men, Older people,
Partner agencies, Patients, People with disabilities, People with
learning difficulties, Service users, Staff, Stakeholders, Town and
Parish Councils, Voluntary and Community Groups / Organisations,
    Women"

isn't the fact that they've got "transgendered people....Men...Women"
in there enough to mean the rest of the list is largely a waste of
    space?

The whole thing is a waste of space, viz:

"People over 50 should be able to live as independently as possible within
their local communities with easy access to those things they want to do,
they should feel empowered, confident and safe and have the ability to
influence decisions that impact on their lives."

I may be old, but I know crap grammar when I see it.

"People over 50 should have access to a range of affordable, comfortable,
flexible transport options, which meet their needs across the whole journey
    being undertaken."

All I need now is sheltered housing for my collection of motorised vehicles.

More words than necessary so it looks like they're working REALLY hard to
meet the needs of the people. IOW it's total bollocks. There was NO mention
of people over 50 being given access to litre sportsbikes either, so they're
not even serious about meeting our needs.

    Cunts, the lot of 'em.

  8. I wouldn't know crap grammar if it upped and bit me but I do recognise
utter fucking bollox when I see it.

    "Platty for President."

I'll vote for somebody, you can rest assured on that.

It's two sentences, separated by a comma.
I can't see that I'd be any worse than the present incumbent.
"...Platypus, representing the Grumpy Old Monotreme Party, one vote, spoiled
    by the smell of wee."

  10. Ah right. So I suppose the trick is to work out which comma should be a
full stop? It all sounds so easy doesn't it?

I'll stick with the utter bollox theme if you don't mind, words such as
local communities, empowered and impact possibly being in the same
sentence issuing from County Hall demand it of me.

Listen to me, you alpine arse. They may not be much compared to the
ones you see every day, but they're English, they're ours, and they
are officially mountains. And there's still no snow on them, which is
    how I like it.
