One of the good things about my o2 contract is that (for the time I've
been with them) I don't get charged extra for 0870 and 0845 etc but the
London number is a good clue.

They (iwoot.com) use Parceline who don't leave any form of phone number
apart from to arrange redelivery (and that's automated) and there's no
option on the phone, card or website to go and collect from a local
depot[1].

Google brings up Park Royal but no one ansers the phone there. I
wouldn't mind that that's my entire Xmas shopping.
