Give us a hoy if you're up this way! Presumably you don't need
accommodation (spare bed here if you do). A beer or three sounds like a
    bloody good idea though,

Jodie thinks she hasn't met the person who is capable of being a bad
    influence on me ;-)

How long do they have to follow you? How long did they follow you? Did you
bring this to their attention at the time? why not? Did you admit guilt at
    the time of the offence?
If you were just getting the feel for it you definitely should have been
riding within the speed limit. They'll paint you as a hoon if you say that.
Yeah, like noone ever gets more than one speeding fine in a lifetime *cough*
I'm not sure that they give discounts for agreeing with them. If the
magistrate says you're guilty, you're guilty. If you weren't speeding, then
argue that, if you were speeding, then I don't see what you have to gain by
going to court and saying that you weren't, or by going to court and saying
that you were. If you made any sort of admission whatsoever at the time, and
the police have made note of that, you better have a good explanation for your
change of heart. I hope you get some good legal advice before you proceed.
If it's not a loss of licence offence I don't know what you will gain.

Trumpy Thruxton ? No they're selling as many of those to 20 something's
as they are to the old folk, I'm afraid old is when you buy a BMW :)

    MT01 - yeah I'd love one but a) I still don't know when they're getting
here or how much (probably dead dear), and b) I was thinking of a Bandit
replacement ie suitable 2 up bike - am thinking Trumpy Sprint, BMW R
series or, just maybe, a Cagiva Raptor. In addition I want to get
something sporty which is probably going to be a runout 04 R1 if there's
any left once the 05 model hits. If finances don't permit then a second
    hand 01 to 03 R1.
