I hope you guys will be safe. I guess yawl are staying put. Probably
better than driving 10mph, trying to get up here. Two yrs ago, when Tina
was heading to your area, our daughter and husband of Houston, drove 60
miles, and it took about 11 hours. Folks were pulled over, and parked in
the medium, for the night. Many were out of Gas.
    Good Luck,our usenet buddies.
    Sincerely,..MrJayT....=

Joe & I could put you up in the spare room and you can park your
    vehicles in the barn. :)
If Ike stays on track, we won't even get a drop of rain. We're only
    50 miles east Abilene.

All of you, please stay safe.

That sounds like someone else I know. She not too far from the bay
area. I just talked to her and she and her family are going to ride
it out too. I told her that if she doesn't call me as soon as she can
when this is over, I'm going to beat her butt if I have to come
    looking for her.

Like my friend, please let us know as soon as you can, that y'all are
alright. That goes for all you folks in the path of Ike.
    God bless all, stay safe.

Hey MrJ - I hear the Texarkana area is due to get some nasty weather this
weekend too - you and the MrsJ please take care. Probably best NOT to
try to smoke some ribs or roadkill or whatever you do out there on that
grill that seems to draw the likes of Louie and Redshad. Those boys need
    to stay safe as well.

And Jerry - now that the bike is fixed up did you get a raft big enough
to fit it on - in my experience bikes don't seem to take kindly to long
baths unless there's a bikini-clad member of the female persuasion
    washing it. FWIW.

    Be safe everyone.

====yeah, they tell us we could get some dirty stuff late in the
evening. But they said that, last week, when Gustuv was heading inland,
and suppose to come up here. All we got was 3 or 4 inches.
Yawl, will surely get some heavy rains also. I read.
Hey BillCee.....Naw, I shut down 'BJs Hotlinks' early today, will open
back up Monday, hopefully, if, we miss old Ike's aftermath. MrJayT-
