My place is recruiting. Specifically, we need a .Net Technical
Architect/Developer, a Project Manager, some QA people and a
    Deployment person

We're a small software house, based in Warwick, owned by a larger
group. If anyone wants more information, drop me a line at neal at

If I thought I could get away with it, I'd happily take up a role like that.

I've not seen a job spec for that one yet, but it covers:
    - software audit & config management
    - managing the build process
    - creating installers

I'm doing test deployments as we speak, & will be doing the real thing
in a couple of weeks, everywhere from Pontefract to Maidstone...

.... all from the comfort of my home office. RDP/VNC/Citrix rocks :)

We rolled out NetOp at the last place... admittedly it's not free like VNC,
but given it rocks that bit harder it's worth the money. :)

Hey, it's only 10 miles down the road from Coventry, and I know that
AndyR spent many happy years there!

And there's a great climbing wall at the Uni...

Yeah, but look at the state of him now!
I've been there, it's not *that* great. We've got better ones up here.

The lad reckons Bear Mountain is better than the Tower or Creation. He
was mightily impressed by Ratho though.

For that matter, look at the state of him then.

<aside: do you think this amount of pisstaking will get him to show
    his face here?>
Oh. Really? Well, I like it, anyway.

    He might be lurking.

We could try asking him when his twins are due, see if he bites...
Sure, I remember it as being pretty good. Unfortunately I lost my
membership card during the Great Wallet Debacle of Summer 2008.
