Johnny Rea has signed a 3 year contract with Ten Kate. He'll be riding
    (to start with) in WSS.

Good move or bad? What does it mean for the Ten Kate Superbike rides, if
    anything?

Just feels a bit of a step down as he's been on a Superbike for 2 years.
The critical issue is how well he has to do next year to move to SBK the
    year after.
Say they run 2 bikes in WSS. Either Keenan Sofuoglu moves to SBK, and/or
Charpentier moves to another team. If Keenan moves up, what about Rolfo?
Then there's the rumour that Kiyo is 99% certain to get the top slot,
along with about 8 other people.

Hmmm. He seems to have had pretty close links with HRC recently.
Perhaps they promised him something if he did WSS ? Might be better
than doing another year in BSB in terms of exposure on the world
scene. Who is Johnny Rea's manager ?

    Cheers,

yes and no, getting on the TK team is a good step up - learning the
world tracks on the SS machine which has been a dominant package/team
for years. it then gives him a shot at performing well, and getting
the SB ride down the road, which will be better for him them as it he
will know the circuits. He's young has plenty of time to move on up.
Rolfo hasn't overly impressed me, (and Muggers was a bigger
disappointment) - when he moved up I really expected more...
