Ok, so we all know about the bloke who got 6 months or taking his boy-chic on the back of his bike at 122mph and the "excuse" for his sentence being the mere fact that it was a yoof on the back. Well.... there's a yoof who works next door to my boy's garage doing shit work at a commercial vehicle body shop and last night he was stopped by plod in his chav-mobile (Audi A3). Now this little **** has never even been *in* for his test, let alone failed one, so he doesn't have a license. He doesn't have insurance either and his car isn't taxed. Plod pull him and ask him if he's got a license. "No, sorry". Have you got insurance? No, sorry". Where do you live? (they KNOW where he lives, they've just watched him pull out of his drive) "Just up there" he ses. They ask him if he's got a job and if so, where. He tells them. They're satisfied he's not telling porkies and then say to him..... "If we take this further, you're going to lose your job, get a fine for no licence and probably a ban, get a fine for no insurance and at least 6 points, get a towing and storage charge for the car or lose it if you can't bail it out, so take it back home and don't drive it again. We'll be watching you". Finished. Apart from the fact that he turned up to work in his car today. -- Beav VN 750 Zed 1000 OMF# 19
D'you know what? I can actually see that making some sense as proper, sensible, realistic pro-active (and other shit buzzwords) policing. If they'd tugged him, he'd have seen his job - a chance to actually make something of his useless life - go. But would he have stopped driving? No. He'd have turned to crime, funded a series of "pool cars" and given even less of a ****. As it is, he's hurt nobody. So they dropped a very unsubtle hint, and gave him a chance to stop, think, and get it straight. ....apart from the subtle detail that he's clearly too stupid to take said hint... <sigh> Hiho. Let's hope they meant it when they said they'd be watching the cretin.
Would you like me to make you up a sticker saying 'i fucked with the pigs, and i won' or similar in a reflective vinyl to stick on his rear bumper? ... or one in reverse for the front if he parks his car back end in his drive i.e. the oposite bumper to the one he can see when he goes from his front door to the drivers door,
No argument that he needs to be stopped from driving illegally. There's two ways to do that. 1. Get him driving legally. 2. Stop him driving at all. Seems to me, ever the optimist, that putting the fear of god up a semi- intelligent kid is far more likely to do the former than dragging his sorry arse through the court is to do the latter.
It is a shame that only applies to vehicles on the public highway. The **** who rammed a colleague and I off the road a while back (I posted about it on here) - and got away with it - has now moved his fucking huge landrover onto the parking forecourt of a block of flats I manage. It is right up against one of the entrances, making getting in and out difficult. It is supported in the middle of the front axle by a yellow jack and has a wheel off. Its been there over two months now, and is untaxed and uninsured. Plod are not interested and the council have done **** all about it. The **** who owns it lives opposite the block of flats and presumably does not want the oil pooling on his own driveway. Said **** is apparently known to police.
If you knew him, you probably wouldn't be thinking that. Actually, he wouldn't. He only lives a 5 minute (if that) walk from where he works and he does no driving at work. He never will either, coz he's a little scrotey shithead. He couldn't possible give less of a **** and he's already well known for burgling houses, lock-ups and local factories. (Can you use some floor paint, I've got 50 litres here for a fiver). The thing is Plod KNOW him for his scrotey ways and his passion for driving and riding bikes. None of which he's ever had insured. That would require an ability to think beyond the next 5 minutes and he lacks that. And plod know that too. He's as thick as pig shit. He even fucking answers to the neame "Numpty" They've been "watching" him for as long as I've known him and that's about 5 years. -- Beav VN 750 Zed 1000 OMF# 19
Nothing fazes this ****. In one ear, *straight* out the other and in less time than it's taken me to type it. -- Beav VN 750 Zed 1000 OMF# 19
So he can nick some poor cunts car and take *their* tyres/wheels to replace them? Nah. -- Beav VN 750 Zed 1000 OMF# 19

Using the patented Mavis Beacon "Hunt&Peck" Technique, Steve Parry :^( Good luck with that. You've made the basic mistake of being find-able and giving a ****, so you're exposed to the full "majesty of the law" (tm). In the US they have a descriptive phrase: "scofflaws". I fear that there are more and more of them out there.
I suspect there are just as many as there has always been. Have you not opened negotiations with Grimly yet?
Well, actually I'm pleased to hear that some Plod are still capable of being human (but it might have been near the end of the shift). The bloke's a total ****, then. When Plod stop him again, he should be crucified, as said.
So surely, that's private land, and you'd be within your rights to move it off onto the public road? I know when I lived in managed flats, the management company could remove any car from the carpark they liked.
