  1. Amazingly, didn't buy anything. Myself, Timo and Andrew (not a Usenet
bod) browsed around, occasionally cooing over things like a lovely BSA
A50 and the Kettle Club's display stand.

Bought a new set of trailer lights for my trailer for a mere £20 - the
old ones are falling to bits and blew a fuse in the car the other day.

Bike Of The Day was unquestionably the restored 1941 Wehrmacht BMW
sidecar combo, complete with machine gun. I didn't think £16,500 was a
lot of money, actually. Andrew took a pic of Timo drooling over it: I've
    asked for a copy.

Back to the Chateau, and Timo was let loose on the ShiteOldMorini which,
he reckons, needs some slight attention here and there but is
    fundamentally sound. We shall see.

You forgot the lovely gold R100RS that *nearly* had your buying finger
    twichting.

And fortunately someone saved my from splashing out on a rather lovely
old skool hardtailed, chopped Triumph 350 by buying it...

Lot of rather overpriced crap there, though.

I was thinking about that but two autojumbles in one weekend may be a
    temptation too far.

Nah, proper light clusters. Same ones as my trailer has fitted as OE.

I'll be bringing the car[1]if you want to have some way of lumping stuff
    back to yours ;-)

[1] An estate. Nice and roomy ;-)

That would be as bad as me taking the Strange Rover there in the first
    place.

I've seen complete boards for about £14 in the local Motor Factors.

<googles> Look first one I find with 5m of cable is only £20:
