I have learned something new about cornering from my instructor. He
said over 30mph gyroscopic forces come in and you can corner fast by
    turning slightly the opposite way.

How easy is it to learn this technique? Is this when you see bike
cornering and riders knees scraping the floor ?

can i try it on my CG125?

I am trying to corner faster but I am afraid of going too far to the
    side and falling off!

It's known as counter-steering and you do it all the time without
thinking about it. Being aware of it means that you may be able to
exercise better, quicker, control over your steering.
Piece of piss. Just push forwards on the bar and see what happens.
No. There's no relationship between awareness of countersteering and
    angle of lean.
You already do. But yes, of course.
    You just need more experience.
