    Pure filth, rather pricey...

I had a pair of AS GP-techs, i didnt get on with them.

The Arlen Ness ones look good & are a good bit cheaper.

My old AS are fucked now..

I bought an outer windstopper jacket from HG today, brilliant...for £80,
great for over (or under leathers) & it bloody works 100%

Charcoal tablets are supposed to work as well, probably less than £80.

IME they are effective, but HG stuff tends to last longer.

Nige should try some movicol in his tank as I hear it makes you go
    faster.

Picolax is the brand of choice for going faster.

I showed them to the missus and she wants a pair. Fortunately, not for their
gayness, but for their wrist protection as her wrist is pretty knoackered
now and won't take another smack like the last one.

I see a future with two pairs.

Not seen them in the flesh, but a note of warning - many snowboard
gloves have been produced with built-in wrist protection, but in
practice it's of dubious value, as most wrist fractures are due to the
impact rather than twisting or bending forces.

Doesn't mean they're not useful, but don't be fooled into thinking
    they offer complete protection.
    You perv.

It's handy to stop the glove wrapping over, also it does offer a bit of
    protection in a slide..

It was impact that fucked the old wrist up and from the look of those
gloves, they have a lot more "anti-impact" protection in exactly the right
are than any other gloves I've seen.
I won't. Even sitting at home watching TV doesn't provide complete
protection from damage caused by accidents.
I think wearing the things will make my fists too big for pervy extra
curricula activities, but I take your point:)
