    Original factory condition? I suspect they looked a "bit" better in factory
    condition.

    As it happens, on "American Pickers" the two blokes bought a shite and
    fucked Vespa three wheeler for 5 grand US.

    I think I'd describe it as "unmolested, but badly in need of restoration"
    rather than original condition.

    No disputes on the restoration, but it does appear to be complete with all
    original italian parts, instead of spanish, indian or viet-bodge made from
    coke cans as a lot of the shinier examples are on ebay.

    I doubt it'll make that money frankly, if it does it's cos some cunts
    got money burning a hole in his pocket or (usually) because someone
    wants that particular model as its the same as the one he had in the
    60's or its manufactured in the year of his birth.

    Frankly, a grand is a fair price possibly £1200.

    On giving it a second look, I'd go along with that and it wouldn't cost a
    fortune to bring it back to *real* original condition.

    As for getting an eBay scooter, not a chance.
