Yes - you didn't come on the last Mid Wales run I organised. That was 2008,
    mind!

I had a nice bimble over Mynydd Eppynt last weekend. Horrid cold this
weekend so stayed at home and pottered in the garden.

Do you have plans for Easter? My lad has a 10 pin bowling tournament that
weekend and I haven't made any plans to do anything. The Monday is often a
    quiet day on the roads.

I'm free next Sunday too, as long as it's not too early a start.

    Free both weekends. Weather permitting.

Collecting the BMW from Cardiff Motorrad on Friday afternoon - so I may
    give it a run out.

let's pencil in a ride on Sunday 5th, then. Say meet at the West End in
Llandovery at 11am for a loop northwards towards Builth and beyond.

    Weather dependant of course.

  4. Spada and Cali for touring. Le Mans for style. T3 for practicality.
    Ignore anything made opst 1983.

Heh. I was about to say "same here", and then I remembered the Street
Triple. But yes, with a Duke and a Beemer one has a couple of
    essential bases well covered :)

And what about those brake discs? Seems like that bike hasn't been used in
    quite a while.
The wheels don't help in the aesthetics dept either.

    Builth.

Depending on the weather I'd head over the Hundred House to New Radnor
road or cut back towards Hereford on a more direct route.

I'd want to keep the loop under 100 miles as the leg gets a bit hurty
    after a while.

I woke up with a stinking cold yesterday, and it's even worse today.

Looks like I'll be doing my best to try and shake it off today, rather
    than riding :-(

I had a stinker last week.
last night I drank a bottle of Prosecco and followed it with a bottle of
    Chilean Moscatel/Semillon.

I didn't finish the latter until about 0230 this morning and still felt a
little pissed when I got up for a leak at 0900. No headache though.

I decided to leave the ride until after lunch.
