Fairford's cancelled, I haven't been out for a proper ride in over a
month, but I have things to do when I get up tomorrow and I now live
half an hour from the nearest vaguely interesting road.

So, anyone up for a FOT late tomorrow afternoon? Or a FOF? Or even a
visit to Box Hill, I'm that desperate.

It's 3am, I've just knocked back a bottle of Chablis, I'm in SW London
    and I'm a lazy ****.

    And it's Welwyn.

Honestly, you can't get the staff these days.

Practically drove past his place on one of the ferry runs from
Maidenhead. And then wound up at the Wetlands Centre. Not the most, er,
    direct run of the bunch.

It was rather stinky bait but I was bored after a day trundling around
    Homebase and Argos.

I'll let you know next time I'm going to be in the area. A mate of
mine lives in Strathville Rd, and I'm there fairly regularly.
    Indeed it is.

    Sweet.

Now that I'm back in civilisation, I think it's about time we had
another round of clique drinks. I haven't been to Gallipoli or Palms of
    Goa in *weeks*!

heh - months for me. Last couple of times I've fancied Meze in
Norlonto, I've gone to Lemonia in Chalk Farm - very nice indeed.
