Is it the imminence of the season of goodwill that causes you to display
these almost spookily superhuman levels of forbearance? I mean, you're
never the most irascible of regulars, admittedly, but this tolerance borders

Fresh snow and sunshine was a bit of a bonus for the first trip of the
season.

Now just booked in a hotel for xmas and new year at Tignes le lac.
Costing a fortune, mind, but hell, why not?

you may have overlooked the (small) possibility that with sufficient

Just the two of us. But there will be lots of Ski Club members, and
probably some other reps, around and we know quite a few of the
members with apartments there, so there will be, I'm sure, a lot of
non-couple socialising.

One of the nice things about the Ski Club is being able to go out on
your own and find a ready-to-use social group. Of course, you'd know
that if you were a member (hint hint).

So if you want to book in somewhere around the same time, feel free.
We're staying at the Hotel Lévana which is _the_ most convenient place
in the whole of Tignes, from Dec 24th to Jan 1st. I got the impression
that they might have had another room free for at least some of that
period.

There's _really_ not much around, at least in the more snowsure
resorts like Tignes. Maybe some of the package operators still have
capacity, but "affordable" hotel rooms are like rocking horse shit.

So we went for unaffordable instead.

For pete's sake it's a troll, and it gets a 20 course banquet every
time it posts. It's not even the same person from one day to the next
because it forgets how to write badly. It's like someone decided to
