I was reporting a crime. As the police poster say "Please report hate
crimes", im just responding to the ploice request.

And if I posted an address and clamed it to be your's and posting
directions to that address, you would be singing a different
song(weather its genuine or not).

 

I might come round at the weekend and take a picture of you leaving
your house (presumably on your way to having a wank in a public
carpark) and then put the picture on a public website, and post the URL
to the newsgroup.

That wouldn't be a "hate crime" - just "look at Tony, he's a fat
