I'm not kidding. When I worked at a certain high street retailer, I set up a
display of rather expensive spirits one evening after closing, then swiped
out of the store for the night, leaving the night security staff on site.

Came back in the morning before opening to find the top three bottles
missing. No note of any breakages, no smell of spilt drink. When my manager
arrived I mentioned it, and we trundled off to the security office to check
    the CCTV and entry logs.

At midnight there is a staff changeover and we see the two new guards
arrive, and the other two leave. There are now only two staff logged as in
store, and you can't get through any doors unless you are logged as on site.
At 1.45am, the entry log shows the main door opening, and the camera shows a
guard strolling outside, propping the door open with a fire extinguisher and
disappearing off camera for 5 minutes, at the end of which a glowing
cigarette butt flies back into shot, and he walks back in and closes the
door behind him. Which is a shame, because as far as the entry log is
concerned, he's now outside, so can't get through any doors without tripping
    the intruder alarm...

We see a slightly panicked guard radio his mate, obviously explaining the
situation. Quick as a flash, the camera on the spirits section pans to the
right and focusses on a wall. Three minutes later we watch the entry logs go
from Security Office -> Sales Floor (Foods) -> Stockroom -> Staff
stairwell -> Locker Room -> Exit Stairwell -> Staff Entrance -> Staff
Stairwell -> Sales Floor -> Security Office. At this point the camera swings
back into place and there are three bottles missing...

Truly a mystery worthy of Sherlock Holmes himself... How we laughed as HR
prepared a pair of P45s for them that evening...

Now that would only be 3 shells *total* now wouldn't it Sir? Of course Sir.
Is it a model A303SP by any chance? By far the finest all-round shotgun I've
    ever owned.

I work for a huge firm, but due to signing the "Official Secrets Act",
I might or might not have signed it at some point in the past.
You make what you want of that but I cannot possibly comment

One also generally signs it when one works in the forces, or one
applies for a job in any government agency. They don't have an expiry
date. When I was offere a job in Immigration I had to sign the OSA,
it's still valid now even though I turned the job down.

Strictly one does not sign it, as a whole, but the section most likely
to be relevant to the nature of the work one is neither doing nor not
    doing.

One also can be obliged to sign certain sections of it when working for
    civilian contractors doing HMG business.

  11. Had one for years couldn't hit a thing with it. It was the one with the
external ring to secure the chokes. All I ever saw was the retaining
ring. Now my Jane's Franchi 5 shot auto that's something. I stopped her
getting the SPAZ at the time wish I hadn't now. Be good turning up to a
    clay shoot with it.

Almost. The A301, with a magazine that has been officially crimped :-(, so now
    only holds the legal 3.

Nice multi choke system, and has never missed a beat.

Having mine thrown across the A20 earlier on this year helped it out
no end - doesn't hurt half as much as it used to.

Or perhaps everything else hurts now, meaning I don't notice the back
    as much.

Oh, yeah. I'm a right ****, actually. But I'm also quite pos. I
    don't understand it myself.

    Maybe I'm a bit bi-polar?
