By way of an update to an old thread

    thread/8a458286276d7d0e/b4e8fa849e41277d?
    lnk=gst&rnum=1#b4e8fa849e41277d),

I got back from work yesterday to find 2xplod waiting for me. Seems
the local scroats have tried *again* to nick my bike (no longer the
GN125, its a 600n Bandit). Shed door padlock snipped. Fortunately
the bike was away at the garage I bought it from, getting fixed under
    warranty. The discourtesy vehicle they provided - a 250 scooter :( -
was parked next to the shed (being too long to fit in). They had a go
nicking that presumably after finding an empty shed (they tried to
force the steering lock) although it was padlocked as well, which was
    untouched.

    Bollocks, bollocks and more bollocks.

Having said that, there is a heightened police presence [1] at the
moment so it might be a while before they try again.

[1] As per subject line, and... http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/merseyside/6959761.stm
    - just round the corner, about 5 mins away.

Accompanied by the sound of a chisel on slate
Ang on, that means you're about 5 mins from me then....

Would you like to borrow one of my shotguns for a few days? ;o)

Best you think 'bout moving to a less pikey area as a matter of urgency! ;o)

  4. Im "in the vicinity" of the lobster pub. Nice. First time I went in
that particular watering hole there was a 14 year old playing the
fruit machine while savouring a huge spliff.

  5. Motorbike is now secured with a large chain to 6 ft concrete gate post
laying in the shed so it will slow them down a little bit more.

I'd usually steer clear of a business using a disposable webmail account.
Although, in your line of work, disposable contracts, premises and morals
    are not uncommon, eh?
