So when can I expect it to start? Does it arrive in the post? The shiny new Roof Daytona that Jen got me is nice though -- Mark ZX12R-B1 (Blue) CG125 (hers) BOTSWCAW#3
Heh, Hoppy Biffday, Mr.D! Oooh, what colour? Be warned; the gel-coat seems very susceptible to slight knocks, something I've already had experience with [1]. Plus, only the standard (ever-so slightly tinted) visor has the anti-mist coating and it isn't perfect. Oh, and they've a tendency to leak around the top edge of the visor when it pisses down and then the anti-mist coating seems to make things worse... Wik's Top Tip: Carry an old 10p piece around as it's the ideal tool for undoing the side-pod screws [1] Already on my second one :-( -- | Wik -UKRMHRC#10- 2003 R1150GSA -DC#1 -'FOT#0 'FOF #39 - BOD#12 BOB#12 |# You don't believe me | "Experience is the worst teacher. |That the scenery | It always gives the test first |Could be a cold-blooded killer. | and the instruction afterward." ***** human response from wik at blueyonder dot co dot uk *****
40? Pah!! Callow youf!!! Come 60 you're looking at the rest of your life with no obligation to sit at somebody else's desk earning loadsamoney for *them*, and all the time in the world to do just what *you* want at last. Impending geriatricity is the place to be %-) -- Dave Remove my gerbil for email replies. Bike's are bosh, PC's are pointless, and the 1990's are nuts! Blue to match the 12 :0) The ever-so black visor that's attached will be OK then ;0) Oooh Ta -- Mark ZX12R-B1 (Blue) CG125 (hers) BOTSWCAW#3

I'm looking at 60 like I looked at 40 when I was 20. Light years away. But then time does seem to have speeded up so I'll be 60 in 10 years time then;0) -- Mark ZX12R-B1 (Blue) CG125 (hers) BOTSWCAW#3

[of Roof Diversion lids] Umm, perhaps I ought to rephrase my statement; the standard visor has an anti-mist coating which is only partially effective. The non-standard, optional visors, i.e. black and iridium do not and as a result, they mist as if they were competing in the Olympic, open-class misting competition. Heh, no probs. -- | Wik -UKRMHRC#10- 2003 R1150GSA -DC#1 -'FOT#0 'FOF #39 - BOD#12 BOB#12 |# You don't believe me | "Experience is the worst teacher. |That the scenery | It always gives the test first |Could be a cold-blooded killer. | and the instruction afterward." ***** human response from wik at blueyonder dot co dot uk *****
I did understand you, I was refering to the fact that as the black visors don't have a coating, things can't get any worse when it rains -- Mark ZX12R-B1 (Blue) CG125 (hers) BOTSWCAW#3

I'm about to buy a black 'un despite the aforemetioned faults as the iridium one looks a tad, er, hom on the silver lid, on a silver bike.
