The current owners of the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit have reached an
agreement to sell the venue to Linfox Property Group for an undisclosed
figure, understood to be around $16 million.

    Vendor was Placetac Pty Ltd.

The sale is subject to the resolution of some formalities.

Placetac Pty Ltd have been the owners of the Circuit for the past twenty
years and the proposed sale includes the Venue, Visitor Centre, approved
    Hotel Site and surrounding farmland.

The existing business and operation of the venue will be unaffected by the
    sale.
