London on a Sunday night/Monday morning

    Me and the wife are staying in the Waldorf on Sunday night. We're
    eating tea there and then we are free to wander till about 3pm on
    Monday.

    The only thing I definitely want to do is visit Milroy's of Soho,
    which could be any time on Monday (before 3). Other than that, what
    else would be recommended?

    Once needed a piss near there, skipped the doorman & lagged in a meeting
    room on the first floor...

    You're right in the middle of everything there - Covent Garden at the
    back of the hotel, Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament, St Pauls,
    Tate Modern, London Eye a short bus ride away (get a travel card -
    http://www.londontravelpass.com/prices.asp) - minimum bus fare is £2!

    Have a word with the concierge - they'll point you in the right
    direction.
