Apparently Boris has no interest in maintaining cameras in the capital,
on the basis that they don't save lives. Meanwhile, the baying bitches
spray rhetoric in an attempt to save the children.

My first instinct was (obviously) gang rape the bitch. But then I realised
we might be short of volunteers.

Swindon has adopted a similar policy i.e. removing static cameras. They
will continue to use mobile cameras in troublespots. Presumably that's a
troublespot which has great revenue potential.

Where 'removing' equals 'sticking a plastic bag over'.

Good to see they haven't used the Earth's precious resources up by
    employing a proof-reader.
