I just did my test a few weeks ago, so if you have any questions.. ask away.
    :)

After i had booked it in i was sent a few sheets that contained all the
required tasks, im not sure where i put mine but ill try to find it so i can
give you an idea of what has to be done. But generally if you are a halfway
competent rider, and you pay attention on the day, you shouldnt have too
    many problems.

Basically the day is broken into 3 parts..
First you will do a little revision on what you learnt on the L's course and
you will do a few new things here such as emergency stopping in a corner.
Then you go out for the road ride, where you will get a chance to lead the
group for a while. Then you do the test.

    Motorcycle Operator Skill Test

There are a set of skills that you have to demonstrate, if you make a
mistake you are given points. If you get 9 points the test is over.

    Left Turn
There will be two lines painted on the ground with a 90 degree left turn,
creating a lane with a 1.5m entry and 1.8m exit. You must follow this lane,
completing the left turn without touching the lines.

    Stop in the Box
This one is simple, there is a painted box on the ground 1.5m wide and 0.9m
long. From any speed you like, you must bring your bike to a complete stop
with the contact patch of the front wheel inside the box (not on the lines).

    Cone Weave
There are 5 cones placed 3.6m appart and offset from centre by 0.6m, you
have to weave in and out of them without touching the ground, hitting a cone
or skipping a cone. You also have to go the hard way around the offset
cones, and not just straight up the middle, hehe.
I had a lot of trouble doing this on my bike, but its not impossible.

    U-Turn
    You must complete a full 180 degree U-Turn within a 6.1m box.
Almost impossible on my bike, i couldnt do it.

    Emergency Braking
You must ride between 20 and 30 kmh in a straight line, when you pass the
yellow line bring the bike to a stop as quickly and safely as possible. You
will not lose points for locking up the wheels.

    Swerve
Ok this one is probably the hardest to explain..
It is set up like this (i hope this works)

    I I
    I ___ I

    I I
    I I

You start at the bottom of that Y shape and must ride up through the lane at
20 to 30kmh, and then swerve left or right (the instructor will tell you) to
miss the line which is 4.0m in front of you without going over any of the
side lines. The line across your path is 2.2m wide.
Note that if you touch any of the lines up the top you will fail the whole
    test.

Anyway i hope this helps a bit.
